A geeky teenage girl, Tonya is the daughter of Doctor Phillips, Armstrong County Hospital's chief resident.  She loves to read and can usually be counted on to break any situation down by comparing it to her favorite science fiction story or comic book fantasy.

Always looking for her own true life adventures, she quickly becomes friends with the demon fighting Betty.
