LilMe_SmallGIF.gif (3678 bytes) This was a good example of switching gears half way through an illustration. I started this thinking the figure would be reclining on a bed, with a weapon and the usual accoutrements.  Suddenly she sprouted wings, the composition completely changed and the final result was something very different.

Also, I've been accused of creating very phallic images with weapons and props.  I think I subconsciously started going the opposite direction with this one...and then just ran with it.
