LilMe_SmallGIF.gif (3678 bytes) Tolkien describes Sauron in the first age as having attributes of both the werewolf and the vampire (at least the Middle Earth versions of them) and later he is known as the Necromancer.  This is my version of Sauron during the first age, when he appears in the story of Beren and Luthien.
