LilMe_SmallGIF.gif (3678 bytes) The costumes are inspired by Burroughs' writing, who described the women of Mars as wearing clothing that accentuated the body, rather than hiding it (Pretty racy stuff for 1917 when A Princess of Mars was published).  So the designs here are purely decorative instead of practical.
